    This historic structure is on the Onogawa River in Sawara. It was a wholesaler and Nara style pickle maker that moved to its current location in the Edo period (1603?1868). The shop was destroyed by a big fire in 1900 and rebuilt. Both it and the 1798 earth-walled storehouse are Prefectural Tangible Cultural Properties. The surrounding area as a whole is designated an Important National Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings.

    Goto Dangoya sells Dango (rice dumplings) along the approach to Naritasan Shinshoji Temple in Kami-cho in the city of Narita. It is a teahouse with a long history, having been founded in 1845. Every morning, a mortar and pestle is used to pound the day's Mochi (rice paste), and the roasted Dango are then basted with a secret dipping sauce to create Yakidango, which are just one of the sweets that the shop sells. It has a tatami room furnished with low tea tables and is fine place for visitors to the temple to stop off and rest.

    Sakekasu Shizen Kobo Fukuchan no Pan is a bakery located along the Tone Suigo Line Highway in Kozaki Honshuku in the town of Kozaki in Katori County. It makes bread dough using natural leavening derived from the sake lees that result from the sake brewing process at Terada Honke, a brewery located in Kozaki Town. It also makes and sells soy milk bread, made with soy milk from the tofu shop Tsuki no Tofu, also located in Kozaki Town.

Its Teppo Fudozuke, named after Fudo Myo-o, the guardian deity of Naritasan Shinshoji Temple, and made from melons and cucumbers grown by a local farmer under contract. The shop also sells pickles with burdock root, mountain burdock root, and pickles with red pepper wrapped in shiso leaves, as well as Narazuke (vegetables pickled in sake dregs) and Kinzanji Miso.

    This monaka (sweet with red bean jam sandwiched between thin crisp wafers) shop is located along Prefectural Route 55 and was opened in 1927. It manufactures and sells various types of monaka filled with chunky or fine bean paste, white bean paste, yuzu-flavored bean paste using yuzu citrus harvested every year, bean paste using brown sugar or chestnuts. In addition, their bite-sized monaka are very popular even as gifts.

    ドライブがてら友人と、以前食べた事があるひと口最中を買いに行きました。道が狭い上に一方通行が多く、たどり着くまで大変でしたが、1個50円というお手頃価格で美味しい粒あんの最中が買え、行った甲斐がありました。最中は三色とも試食があり、カード決済も出来ます。

    This senbei rice cracker shop located in Narita City, Chiba Prefecture is along the main Naritasan Temple approach road, and was opened in 1912, making it the oldest in Narita. You can buy senbei to eat while walking, as souvenirs or to take home. The senbei made from dough has an exquisite hardness, and you can also eat them skewered with a simple soy sauce or sweet mitarashi.

    成田山新勝寺へ続く参道にお店があり、朝早くから、お煎餅を焼く香ばしい香りが漂っています。お土産にするなら、ぬれ煎餅がおすすめで、こちらは甘めなので食べやすいです。成田山に行く時は必ずお土産に購入します。

These include their sashimi gozen Japanese meal sets that are limited to 20 orders a day, and their ladies gozen set limited to 12 meals a day (women only). Besides table seating, they have a banquet hall that can accommodate up to 90 guests. It's great for holiday gatherings and other large parties.

    A shop making select tofu using local Kozaki soybeans and spring water. Many of the shop’s products are so renowned they sell out early each day. In Kozaki, unaltered, heirloom soybeans are grown which are characterized by their strong fragrance and sweet flavor. Meanwhile, Kozaki spring water is rich in minerals. Tsuki no Tofu uses these and two types of nigari bittern depending on the product to create tofu with a conspicuously prominent and delicious soybean flavor.

The structure has been designated a Tangible Cultural Property by Chiba Prefecture and the store has become a tourism destination as a kind of living museum. Some of the shop’s many popular items on offer include clothing remade from old cloth scraps, Koedo tenugui hand towels, and furoshiki wrapping cloths.

    昔ながらの建物で素敵な店づくりです。 夏の終わり、浴衣生地を使った洋服を飾って売られておりました。 洗うたびに柔らかく汗を吸い身になじむ浴衣地のブラウス?T-tシャツ風の物や すてきなワンピース風のものまで、浴衣ではちょっと派手になってしまったものでも 洋服にしたらまだ着られる!! すてきな発見をいただきました。 古い浴衣をほどかなくっちゃ。

The restaurant is set in a renovated Japanese house regarded as part of the Important Preservation District of Group of Traditional Buildings where guests can enjoy Italian food made with fresh seafood from Choshi Port and local vegetables while looking out over the Japanese garden.

    口コミ通りなかなか美味しい料理でした。ニョッキは一度食べてみる価値あり。口の中でじゃがいもがとろけるような?トリュフソースと相成って感激。お代わりしたいくらいでした。佐原の大祭の日でしたので、5000円のコース限定でした。飲み物別で6000円くらい。次回は平日のランチにゆっくり伺いたいと思います。接客は至って普通です^^;

    先日友人の誕生日で、その子がワッフル大好きなので、初めて行ってみました!とても温かみのあるお店で、内装もとってもオシャレでした♪( ´θ`)ノ もちろんワッフルも美味しかったです!!前日の予約でしたが、お誕生日プレートもご用意して頂きました! 素敵な誕生日になりましたー 食器もどれもセンスが良く、欲しくなっちゃいました^_^
