    This farm on the Nagasa Highway grows Akihime and Benihoppe strawberries. They hold all-you-can-eat pickings from December to late May. There is no time limit, so you can snack away at your own pace. They also sell souvenirs, as well as locally grown vegetables and flowers.

    いちご園というと大体30分くらいの時間制限がありますが、こちらは無制限です。その分ゆっくり思う存分楽しめました。

    This historic ranch and Chiba Historic Site is known as the birthplace of Japanese dairy farming. Mineoka Ranch got its start during the Warring States period when feudal lords of the Satomi clan set the land aside for grazing warhorses. Later, in the Edo period, it came under the direct control of the Shogunate, when three white cows from India were introduced for the production of butter and other dairy products. They still raise milk cows along with goats, and there's an area where you can encounter the animals in a natural setting. Their Dairy Museum showcases the history of dairy farming with panel displays and equipment exhibits. There is also a shop that sells fresh soft serve ice cream.

    This strawberry farm is locate just a 10-minute walk from the JR Shimogori Station, or about a 45-minute ride on the Aqua Line. Visitors can enjoy strawberry picking from the end of January up to about the beginning of May. The varieties that are available for picking are the Benihoppe, with its characteristic slightly tart but sweet flavor, and the very sweet and not very tart Akihime variety. The plump fleshed and highly fragrant Tochiotome variety, although not available for picking is for sale on the farm as well. One can pick-all-they can eat for 30 minutes, and the farm provides the sweetened condensed milk for free.

    This is a flower garden located along the Boso Flower Line in Shiramazu, Chikura Town, Minamiboso City. The location overlooks the Pacific Ocean and from January to around March flowers such as poppies, marigolds, and stock can be seen. Also, visitors can enjoy experiencing flower picking.

    Chiba Tega no Oka Children's Nature Center is an educational facility located adjacent to Tega no Oka Park. It has indoor lodging facilities, a gymnasium, creative activities rooms, a multipurpose hall, a dining hall, and a planetarium, as well as outdoor facilities, such as athletic fields and cooking areas. In addition to outdoor and nature-oriented activities and campfires at Tega no Oka Park, this facility offers creative experiences, sports experiences, and other learning activities. There are different events for every season.

They also sell prepared items such as jam, frozen strawberries, and ""Snow Queen"" daifuku sweets made with white strawberries."

They grow seven different varieties of strawberry including Akihime, Fusanoka, and Tochiotome strawberries using low pesticide farming methods. From January to mid-May you can enjoy strawberry picking and poppy flower picking. In the attached shop they sell strawberries, homemade jam, and specially grown rice grown with strawberry farming techniques.

    This strawberry farm in Oto, Tateyama City cultivates varieties such as Akihime, Tochiotome, Benihoppe, and Yayoihime. Strawberry picking season is from January to early May, and they sell their berries, too. When in season, you can also pick broccoli and rapeseed flowers.

    Sudo Farm is a destination farm where visitors can try their hands at churning butter or making craft items out of wool. Every year in May, a play is performed about cows and dairy farming, with a tour of the farm included. (This play was created as a learning experience for elementary and middle school children, and reservations are required.) The cafe on the farm serves freshly produced and blended Holstein and Jersey milk, soft ice cream made with rich milk and other sweets, hot dogs, and other snacks.

    This tourist farm is located on the grounds of Roadside Station Minori no Sato Togane. Here visitors can have fun picking strawberries. Four varieties of strawberries are grown on the farm: Chibaberry, a new variety popular in Chiba; Kaorino, a variety with a refined sweetness; Akihime, a juicy variety that is not very tart; and sweet and tart Beni Hoppe. After paying a small fee, visitors can enjoy all-you-can-eat strawberry picking for 30 minutes. An additional fee is required if you wish to take berries home with you. Only a certain number of visitors are allowed on the farm at any given time, and those with an advance reservation are given priority.

    "Chikura Orange Center is an orchard that grows Satsuma mandarins, amanatsu, hassaku oranges, kiyomi, yuzu, kumquats, and other citrus fruits. In addition to the ""pick-your-own mandarins"" season, which runs from October to mid February, visitors can enjoy amanatsu and hassaku oranges from February to late April. They can also pick cosmos and narcissus flowers. Chikura Orange Center also serves tea with freshly squeezed lemon to visitors free of charge."

    This strawberry farm is on Prefectural Route 93 in Mukaigo, Kimitsu City. They cultivate two varieties: Akihime and Benihoppe. Picking season runs from January to mid-May and reservations are required. Their Kazusa-no-Sato Aisai Batake farm stand sells premium fresh seasonal vegetables at reasonable prices.

    A strawberry farm along National Route 126 in Hayafune, Sanmu City. They grow a variety of different breeds of strawberries including Fusanoka, Tochiotome, and Kaorino, and from January to May you can enjoy strawberry picking. As the strawberries are grown on raised beds it makes it easier for those with children and those in wheelchairs to enjoy strawberry picking. The attached store opens in December and sells handmade jams and ice cream alongside strawberries.

In addition to this valuable experience, the farm also serves bamboo shoot dishes, so you can enjoy the fresh taste of bamboo shoots.

The strawberries are grown using 100% organic fertilizers, and are high in sugar content.

    "A three-minute drive from the Kisarazu-Kaneda Interchange on the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line, here you can experience ""sudate,"" a traditional fixed shore net fishing technique which has been practiced in Tokyo Bay for ages. Sudate fishing is offered from around April to August each year. The fish you can catch varies by time of year, and you can have what you catch prepared for you on the spot to eat. The company which operates the tours takes particular pride in its sashimi; tempura; and its kamameshi rice with Japanese littleneck clam and vegetables. For those who don't mind going with strangers, the company accepts reservations for parties as small as one person, while private tours can be reserved for groups of 10 or more."

    妻と小学4年生の息子と参加しました。 港から船で5分くらいの沖合いの浅瀬に行きます。膝下くらいの水深がある網で囲われたところに、スズキやクロダイが沢山いるのを網で捕まえる体験は他では味わえない楽しさです。息子も大興奮、大満足でした。食事の味もボリュームも最高です。
