    店内が綺麗で衛生管理がされていること、定員さんの対応もとても良かったです。ドーナツも種類が多くてとても美味しかったです。

Another of the shop's signature products is its Kinsenka no Hana cakes, which are made according to a proprietary recipe with pot marigold flower petals mixed in with the dough; their creation was inspired by Shirahama-cho's declaration that it was the best town for pot marigolds in Japan. Other products the shop makes include standard dorayaki pancake sandwiches and manju buns, as well as confections made using locally-grown loquats.

    ケーキのバイキングをしていることで大変有名なお店ですが、本当に有名なのは柏で一番美味しいと言われてるケーキ屋さんだということだと思いますが、個人的にはケーキより若干休みのシュークリームが大変好きで革の焼き具合とか中のクリームとかとても美味しいです。

    This longstanding kamaboko steamed fishcake shop has been in business for over 100 years. The shop is located close to Nokogiriyama Kanaya Onsen south of JR Hamakanaya Station. The shop's kamaboko is made using walleye pollock and has a flat shape similar to satsuma-age deep-fried fishcake. Its kamaboko has a charming, simple flavor that is the result of years and years of experience. Another point worthy of note is the shop's reasonable prices, the result of its use of fresh seafood caught in Tokyo Bay and the fact that the establishment makes its own products and sells them direct. In the morning, customers can enjoy deep fried kamaboko fresh-made from the kitchen.

The company uses no additives except alcohol to suppress mold growth, creating pure brew dark soy sauce. The company's Tamasa Shoyu is a standard soy sauce which takes around one year to make. The company's Usushio Shoyu low salt soy sauce is made according to a proprietary method which removes only the salt content from regular soy sauce, and makes a great soy sauce for using as a condiment to sprinkle on foods.

The shop's Japanese littleneck clam tsukudani, made with a secret recipe sauce and the littleneck clams which are one of Kisarazu's specialty products, are reasonably priced and have long been a favorite of local residents. Their strong, salty-sweet flavor is sure to be addicting. The shop sells some 20 other varieties of tsukudani by volume, including Japanese pond smelt and shirasu whitebait. The shop's tsukudani assortments make great souvenirs and gifts.
