    This ramen shop is particular about the flour it uses. It uses different types of flour for each of its homemade ramen, Mazesoba and Tsukemen dishes. It has a popular set menu called Komugi Zanmai, which is unusual in that it is a course meal with three different types of noodle, so customers can taste the differences between them. It is opens at 7 a.m. and offers a Morning Ramen dish for customers to eat in the morning. The menu is plentiful, with an Oyakodon rice bowl, a set meal with A4-grade Wagyu beef burger, and a variety of Morning Ramen set meals.

    出張時に寄りました。地元に天一が無いためたまに見かけるとついつい入ってしまいます。麺はイマイチですがあのこってりラーメンは他店では味わえないおいしさです。

    見た目はコッテリですが味は見た目と違い意外にあっさりしています。焼きチャーシューをトッピングして美味しくいただきました。

    麺はポリフェノール入りで健康で美味しかったですが、スープは残念ながら普通の味でした。女性の接客係は元気でお子さんにやさしく声をかけています。うちは子連れですので、お子さんへの対応を重視しています。お子さんへの対応に関して、この店は見事に満点でした。
