    A 14 minute walk from Jomo-Kogen Station. Located right next to Roadside Station Tsukiyono-Yaze Shinsui Park, this takeout-only restaurant serves “mushiyaki” steamed and baked chicken. Using only domestic chickens no older than 50 days, Takahashi no Wakadori has provided the same, delicious secret sauce flavored chicken since it first opened. The restaurant’s chicken is cooked without any additional water, using the meat’s own moisture content to steam it, creating a juicy and light flavored chicken. Particularly popular menu choices include the meaty mushiyaki chicken on the bone and the boneless teriyaki chicken.
