This hot spring facility is located approximately 20 minutes by bus from the JR Takasaki Station. The sodium bicarbonate spring water, drawn from 1,500 meters underground is said to have a cleansing effect on the skin. Visitors can enjoy the free-flowing spring water drawn directly from the source in the rare outdoor baths such as the rock bath, the Hinoki no Yu and the Oiwa no Yu, situated in a large hollowed out rock. There is also an indoor bath and private rooms with baths available for the use of families and groups, where visitors can take their time relaxing in the hot springs and enjoying meals. In the restaurant, visitors can enjoy tsuke-shabu, made with pork sourced from within Gunma Prefecture.

This day-trip hot spring is located at the base of Usui Pass, approximately five minutes by car from the JR Shin'etsu Main Line's Yokokawa Station. There are two large baths, western-style and Japanese-style, outdoor baths and private rooms with baths available. The spring water is transparent and is kind to the skin (it is a sodium chloride bicarbonate spring) and is said to be effective for various illnesses such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. The hot spring is also fully equipped with relaxation facilities such as an open plan lounge. There is also a trolley train station which connects with Usui Pass Railway Heritage Park, making it a convenient base for sightseeing.

三時間利用で600円。タイムズカードがあると一割引で入れます。サウナ、露天風呂もあり日曜ですがさほど混んではいませんでした。のんびり入浴できました。外には公園のようなものもありました。

This day-trip hot spring facility is managed by Annaka City and is located five minutes’ walk from the JR Shin’etsu Main Line’s Isobe Station. There are Japanese-style and western-style bathrooms with both outdoor baths and a large bath, separated by gender that are on a rotating daily schedule. There are also two types of sauna, one far infrared, and one steam sauna, as well as a disabled bath which can be accessed by a lift. The Sand-Salt Bath which is full of white sand and minerals is also very popular for its circulation and sweat promoting and metabolism-boosting qualities. (Reservation required.) It is a copper and iron-content sodium chloride hydrogen carbonate spring which also has a high salt content, and is said to be effective for nerve pain and chronic digestive diseases, etc.

短時間の滞在なら、かなりお安く入館できます。ただ、私が利用した日は、２階の施設がメンテナンスのため利用できませんでした。そのせいか、入浴後に休めるような休憩所は大広間しかなく、あまり寛げませんでした。温泉の質は滑らかで、肌がしっとりとして体が温まりました。駅から徒歩で行けますが、道が狭く交通量が多いので、ご注意を。

This natural hot spring, rich in nature and close to Takasaki City in Gunma Prefecture, is about 30 minutes from Matsuida-Myogi Interchange on the Joshin-etsu Expressway. The facility provides accommodation or can be used as a day spa or for parties. At the spacious restaurant under the unique octagonal dome-shaped roof, visitors can taste the famous “kamameshi (flavored rice cooked in a small pot) and in autumn and winter the “Okkirikomi” (noodles cooked in a pot with vegetables). The famous secret hot spring “Seseragi-no-yu” is colorless and transparent when it bubbles to the surface, but over time changes to a reddish-brown color. Visitors can leisurely enjoy the dense cloudy hot spring that changes depending on the time and the weather.

久〜しぶりの相間川温泉。連休で混在かなと思いつつ行って来ました。駐車場には沢山の車が…。でも、入口から沢山人が出て来て一安心。6時頃は狙い目かな？タイミングよく、ラッキー！気候も最高で、露天風呂は気持ち良くの〜びり。気持ちいい温泉、ありがとう。

This day-trip hot spring facility is located at the foot of Mt. Myogi, seven minutes from the Joshin-etsu Expressway Matsuida-Myogi Interchange. Visitors to the hot spring can look out to the Kanto Plain with Mt. Myogi at their backs as they enjoy the beautiful natural landscape from the outdoor bath. In addition to the outdoor bath, there are also indoor baths and saunas (separated by gender). It is a sodium chloride bicarbonate spring (weakly alkaline hypertonic low temperature). It is said to be effective for nerve pain, muscle pain, joint pain, etc. Visitors can also come just for the restaurant, which serves dishes such as Maitake Tenzaru Soba.

This day-trip natural hot spring with indoor and outdoor baths is located approximately 19 minutes from the Kan’etsu Expressway Akagi Interchange. The outdoor stone hot spring which visitors can relax in also has various smaller baths, such as the lie-down bath and high concentration carbonated spring, which are especially recommended for use at night. The large bath has wide steps, so it is safe for everyone, since it does not have any sudden changes of depth. It is a sodium chloride hydrogen carbonate spring (high temperature, hypotonic, weak alkaline) and is said to be effective for nerve pain, sensitivity to cold etc. Visitors can also enjoy singing karaoke in the private rooms with attached natural hot spring baths.

This day-use hot spring facility, standing on the banks of the Kannagawa River in Ueno village, Tano County, Gunma Prefecture consists of a large indoor bath and outdoor rock bath. The spring source contains a large amount of metasilicate, also known as “the bath of beauty”. The water quality is slightly acidic and hypotonic cold mineral water, said to be effective in soothing fatigue and for health promotion, and is also drinkable. In the restaurant and rest area visitors can enjoy local cuisine such as “Collagen Soup” made from the local village produced boar-pig pork meat and a variety of mountain vegetables boiled in the spring water.

キャンプして午前でチェックアウトし、地元の方に勧められたので行ってみました。500円でゆっくりできました。そんなに大きくないですが人は少なめだったので子どもたちとゆったり入れました。昼食も済ませることができてよかったです。お風呂は普通です。

The water source used has been loved since the Healing Buddha created it over 300 years ago. It is said that the sodium chloride hot spring drawn from 650 meters below the ground is beneficial for muscle pains and people with weak constitutions. Visitors can warm to the core in the fragrant all-cypress bath tubs inside and the outdoor rock bath tubs. Accommodation for guests is provided in spacious Japanese-style and Western-style rooms. 地元の懇親会で毎年利用しています。大広間を貸切状態で使わせてもらい、時間無制限なのでお風呂にもゆっくり入れます。送迎してもらえるのが有り難いですね。

日帰りのお風呂で利用しました。浴室は広くゆったりした感じですが、脱衣場も狭くは無いのですが、隣の人との距離なのか、間取りなのか解りませんが、密に感じました。お風呂はちょっと熱めですが、気持ち良かったです。駐車場からちょっと歩くので、小さい子供やお年寄りが一緒の場合は、車で送ってから駐車場に停めることをおすすめです。
