They use a carefully chosen Kirishita Buckwheat in their noodles which is grown on a highland plateau with a large difference in temperature between night and day. The buckwheat is stone ground in house and mixed with the famous Akagi no Shimizu water to make their handmade soba noodles. Popular menu choices include their Mushroom Broth Soba, Banaimori mixture of soba and udon presented side by side, and their Raijin (Thundergod) Mix which comes with edible wild plants, fried tempura, and other toppings.

    赤城山へ行く道の途中にあります。お店は古民家風で入る前から気分が盛り上がります。店内には熊さんの剥製がありどっきり。お蕎麦屋さんですがうどんや群馬名物のおきりこみ（ほうとうみたいな煮込みうどん）もあります。メチャ美味しかったです。お値段は高めですが立ち寄る価値ありのお店だと思います。

    富岡製糸場の入口前にあるうどん屋。おっきりこみうどんが名物。ほうとうのように煮込んだものではなく、透き通ったつゆに幅広のうどんが、どんとある感じ。出汁の効いたつゆは、しょっぱ過ぎる感じですが、美味しいです。店員も親切で良かったです。
