    This is a bakery, loved by the locals, near the Yanaka Elementary School, ten minutes by car from Takasaki Station on the JR Takasaki line. The bakery opens at 7:00 am and offers many kinds of bread such as sweet buns, savory bread, and bread for meals. The homemade curry in the in the ever-popular curry bread is delicious. To keep the umami flavor, the beef, onion, and carrot are grilled and then boiled, and then carefully flavored with two types of curry roux and a secret ingredient. Baked confectionaries such as Croquembouche and other sweets are also recommended. There is a free coffee service offered to patrons as well as a place to eat on site.

In addition to selling maitake mushrooms grown in 100 days, nutritional foods, powdered mushroom tea, and take-home mushroom rice sets are also available. The center also provides a place to relax leisurely during a trip or drive.

    This farmers market opened in 2009 is located an 18-minute/10 kilometer drive from the Shibukawa-Ikaho interchange on the Kan-etsu Expressway via Prefectural Route 33. In addition to fresh picked vegetables, the market's diverse selection includes Mizusawa udon noodles, Ikaho Onsen manju buns, and fresh flowers. Of particular note is the market which sells local products straight from the producers. Selling organic vegetables, specially cultivated vegetables, and mineral-rich vegetables, all of the vegetables reassuringly bear the name of the producer and production area. Yukian, the market's restaurant, serves spicy, flavorful curry udon noodles.

In the facility's archive, you can view records of its activities as well as books on the arts. The adjoining cafe serves seasonal coffees and tasty sweets prepared by a patissier. The museum shop sells colorful art merchandise.
