    Located in Minakami Town, Tone County, Gunma Prefecture, this glass theme park includes a hand-made glass workshop exhibiting Japan’s top-class techniques, a museum of glass art, and a retail shop. In the museum, you’ll find a variety of glass works—from ancient roman, to art nouveau, and works made by modern masters. In the workshop, you can take a free tour of how glass products are made. It is adjacent to a workshop for blown glass and stained glass, and to a restaurant that serves local beer.

    "This museum is located in Tatebayashi City, Gunma Prefecture, approximately 20 minutes' walk from the Tobu Isesaki Line's Tatara Station. It primarily collects works by artists such as François Pompon's ""L'Ours Blanc"" and Yoshio Fujimaki's ""Jonuma no Fuyu"" that help provide an understanding of modern contemporary art and progress made. Among the works collected here, there are exhibitions being held in four exhibition rooms on the theme of nature and humanity.     "This art museum is located in a prefectural park in Gunma Prefecture, next to the Gunma no Mori bus stop, accessible by the City loop bus from the JR Takasaki Station. It contains around 2,000 pieces of diverse modern art, ranging from Japanese works, such as Sotaro Yasui's ""Ashi wo arau onna"" and foreign artists such as Claude Monet's ""Water Lilies"". Events including exhibitions in the exhibition room which straddles two floors, lectures in the auditorium and workshops are held on the second floor. A restaurant and a shop selling accessories and other items are also located on the first floor."

    An art museum located within the Takasaki Tower 21 high-rise building at the east exit of Takasaki Station in Sakae-cho, Takasaki City. Their collection includes works by modern Japanese painters such as Yokoyama Taikan and Uemura Shoen as well as active Japanese painters who hail from Gunma.     The Kataoka Tsurutaro Art Museum, opened in 1998, is a gallery attached to Kusatsu Hotel which can be enjoyed by families. It boasts about 120 permanent exhibits and the exhibition changes four times a year according to the season. Visitors can see the Sainokawara hot spring steam from the large window of the café at the museum, great for relaxing after appreciating the artworks. The café is also open for non-museum patrons.

    絵や器などあらゆる作品が、沢山ありました。すごく良かったです。迫力があったり、繊細な淡い絵等多彩ですごく良かったです。ゆっくり見られて良かったです。

Alongside paintings by Japanese modern Wester-style artists such as Portrait of Reiko by Ryusei Kishida their collection includes works by Edo period artists including Ogata Korin, pieces by European masters including those of Rodin and Picasso, Joseon Dynasty Korean porcelain, and more. The art museum's building was a posthumous design by architect Junzo Yoshimura.

    最初、麗子像怖いイメージでした。こんなに近くで見れるとは、すごいコレクション。 建物の作りが素晴らしい！ ハーブティーのサービスが良かったです。

    "This art museum is located 8 minutes by foot from the Jomo Line's Nishi-Kiryu Station, or alternatively, 10 minutes by taxi from Shin-Kiryu Station. The museum displays works collected by Eiji Okawa, a local of Kiryu City. Visitors can appreciate a variety of paintings, mainly consisting of works of art from the Meiji and Taisho periods, and including Eisaku Wada's landscape painting ""Matsushima Godaido"" and Takeji Fujishima's ""Mosha"". There are also a great number of Shunsuke Matsumoto's works and materials, which were the first works to be included in this collection. The museum aims to be a place where ""you can see the masterpieces you want to see, whenever you want to see them"", and as such, has sofas positioned in each of the exhibition rooms. It is designed so that visitors can take their time."

    ひっそりとしていて長閑ですが、バラエティに富んだ作品があり刺激になりました。駐車場も近くにあり、小高い場所にあるので急な坂道を通りますが、木漏れ日が良かったです。一人では多分心細いと思いますが、親しい友達と行くには良い美術館と思います。喫茶室がお休みでした。

    This art museum is along the Togoku Bunka Rekishi Road in Azumacho-Kusagi, Midori City. In this museum, which opened in 1991, you’ll find exhibitions featuring the works of Tomihiro Hoshino, a local painter and poet. The square building has a unique interior divided into 33 cylindrical rooms, which are used as exhibition rooms, video rooms, a shop, a cafe, and more. Around the building is a walkway that offers a view of the Kusagi lakeside scenery.

    館内は撮影ができないので、この素晴らしさが画像でお伝え出来ないのが残念です。現在はコロナ対策でテイクアウトのみですが、外に出ると草木湖を見渡せる広場があり、そこでお茶すると最高です。目下、美術館に入場するとカフェメニューが５０％オフです。

    Located in Ikaho, Ikaho Town, the Ikaho Kirie Museum exhibits wonderfully artistic paper-cutout works. As well as the permanent exhibition of works from members of the Ikaho Kirie Association, every four months a temporary exhibition of works by two members of the association takes place. Visitors to the museum can also have a go at the paper-cutouts themselves free of charge.

    帰る日に時間の余裕があり、突然、思い立って出かけてみました。入館受け付けを済ませたら他に2名入ったばかりの方と合わせて5名で、切り絵についての丁寧な説明をしていただきました。さらに、個々の作品についての説明があり、最後に切り絵体験（無料/約30分）までご指導いただき満足して美術館を後にしました。是非、訪問してみてください。

    富岡市出身の画家です。 人物を題材にした画がおおかったようなほんとに１人の人が描いた作品なのかと思うぐらいです。館内は綺麗で作品をみながらクイズに答え正解すると絵ハガキまたは紙風船が貰えます。 私が気にいったのは1982年の顔という作品です。

    This museum is located three minutes from JR Takasaki Station Nishi-guchi (West exit) by foot. It has a variety of exhibits, such as paintings, sculptures and designs, mainly on contemporary art. It is near to the station, making it an easy-to-visit art space. The museum has many art collections, including Kaoru Yamaguchi, Masao Tsuruoka and other works in connection with Takasaki City, and holds gallery talks and workshop events around planned exhibitions. The Former Inoue Fusaichiro Residence on the premises was designed after the famous architect, Antonin Raymond's home and workplace.

    高崎美術館の横にあります。レーモンドの自邸兼事務所を写した建物だそうです。建物内に入るとモダンな内装やレトロな家具で落ち着ける空間です。実際に使われ、生活に根ざした建物としての温かみや優しさがあり、ゆっくりと寛ぐことができます。

The museum displays and seeks to introduce the charms of the works of Yamada Kamachi, a talented artist who died prematurely at the age of 17. The museum displays all of his drawings and poems from his early childhood to his final work and looks back on the life he led. His works are exhibited by their themes and include collections of pictures and records relating to music, pencil drawings and novel crayon paintings, watercolor paintings, crayon drawings and poems."
