    This bakery is a two-minute walk from Sano City Hall. The bakery sells sakura anpan bread filled with smooth bean paste and laced with the faint, sweet aroma of cherry blossoms; as well as Japanese shokupan bread, melon pan bread, and baked sweets. The shop's signature and popular sakura anpan is made with koji malted rice and is stuffed with koshian smooth bean paste made from choice azuki beans. Customers rave that they are filling and substantial despite their small appearance. The shop's shokupan is simple and thus conversely allows no margin for error; baked daily, customers say that you can eat it every single day and never get tired of it.

    ベーグルは美味しい。モチモチしてベーグル自体の味がいい感じ。 お店も広いので比較的すぐに座れる。 個人的な印象だけど、サンドの作り方が雑。サンドの中身がバラバラになっている。 ベーグル&ベーグル自体が初めてだったので、どこも同じなのかもしれないが、もうちょっと提供者として意識した方がいいと思う。

    頂いたのは苺ディニッシュ300円、ドライトマトのキッシュ280円など。 いずれも、素材の良さが十分活かされ、大変おいしいパンたちでした。 ただ、駐車場が狭く、2大しか停められないのは、ちょっと不便ですね。 軽自動車でのお出かけをお勧めします。
