    A soba restaurant located a short walk from Shimonomiya Station in Kuji County, Ibaraki Prefecture. The restaurant's soba noodles are made with pure underground Tsukimachi Waterfall water and over an 80% percent ratio of stone milled buckwheat flour to wheat flour, resulting in noodles that are aromatic and clean-tasting. The restaurant offers slippery thin-cut noodles and fragrant thick-cut noodles depending on the toppings. Plus, there's an all-you-can-eat nagashi-somen noodle slide course in summer. The restaurant's fragrant, home-roasted coffee is also popular. Located close to Tsukimachi Waterfall, diners can hear the pleasant sounds of the falls, and the surrounding forest is particularly gorgeous in autumn.

    "A soba noodle restaurant located on the west side of Yamabuki Sports Park notable for the elegant atmosphere of its building, which incorporates classy hinoki cypress wood. The restaurant is also situated in a scenic area; the ""Yamaderabansho"" one of the traditional Eight Views of Mito scenic sights, is located on the mountain behind the restaurant; and the Seizanso, said to have once been the home of Tokugawa Mitsukuni of ""Mito Komon"" fame, is located nearby. The restaurant makes its vaunted noodles with flour stone milled on the premises using primarily Hitachi Aki buckwheat. The ""Gentei Seiro"" noodles are particularly popular. Made by hand using manually harvested, sun dried heirloom Hitachi Aki buckwheat from Kanasago, only 20 servings are made a day.     天ざる蕎麦を食べました。天ぷらの説明がなかったため、最後に食べた天ぷらが梅干しで、種ありでした。見た目で梅干しの天ぷらとはわからず、おもいっきり噛んだら奥歯を痛めてしまいました。歯がグラつくようになったため、明日から歯医者通いになります。

    A soba noodle factory and restaurant located a 40-minute drive from the Naka interchange on the Joban Expressway. Here visitors can enjoy Hitachi aki soba noodles, a Kanasago specialty, served by members of a local women's group. The restaurant's fresh-made, fresh-cooked noodles are created with buckwheat flour milled daily using a stone mortar. The facility also offers soba making classes in which participants start by mixing the flour and perform all the other steps involved in creating soba noodles; at the end, participants get to taste their very own, handmade noodles.

    茨城県のそばの里にある地域おこしの店のようだ。十割蕎麦を注文 大盛で1600円はなかなかな値段。一口目は水で食べるようにと勧められる が それほど蕎麦の香りがするわけではない。先日食べた山形のそばの方が鮮烈であった。

    日立駅の改札口に近く、駅前ロータリーの前にありました。特急に乗るまで時間があったので、こちらで昼食をとろうと入りました。蕎麦と丼物のセットが多かったです。店内の雰囲気も良いですし、おいしかったです。日立駅周辺には飲食店が少ないので便利な店だと思います。

    席数も多く、個室もたくさんあるため、家族でゆっくり食事ができました。メニュー数も多いですし、金額もお手頃です。店員さんの対応も良いと思いますので、家族や友人とのんびり食事するのに使いやすいお店だと思います。
