ランチでいきました。高萩の駅から歩いて五分くらいです。平日のランチでしたがほぼ満員。豚肉は臭みもなく柔らかく美味しかったです

A shop specializing in tempura on Mikasa-dori Street in Miyatsudai, Kashima City. They offer tempura made with seasonal ingredients such as seafood harvested off the Kashima coast and vegetables grown in the prefecture. At the counter you can dine on a freshly fried tempura course with items selected by the chef or of your own preference. For lunch you can get a gozen Japanese style set meal with tempura and sashimi, regular meal sets, or tempura on rice. They also have bento boxed lunches that change daily.

調理人の年齢によるのか？飯が柔らか過ぎて気持ち悪い。おまけのつもりなのか、2度訪ねて都度盛り込まれた「鯵」の天ぷら。鮮度が落ちていて…臭い。定食は色々盛り沢山で、見た目は楽しいが残念。

このお店の近所の住宅街にお住まい方から頂いた焼菓子が美味しかったので、行ってみました。20台程度の駐車場がありますが、次々と車が入れ替わる人気のケーキ屋でした。残念ながら、喫茶部門は休業中だったので、焼菓子だけでなく、列に並んでケーキを買って帰りました。ケーキの種類は多く、味は焼菓子同様に期待通りの味で遠方から行った甲斐がありました。

This soba restaurant and cafe is located in Koya, Moriya City. The store is a renovated private residence, originally built in the early Meiji period. It serves dishes such as handmade soba, anmitsu, homemade cakes and hand drip coffee. It also has a lunch course only on weekdays (a reservation is required), where customers can enjoy seasonal appetizers and desserts. In addition to events such as concerts, there is a Japanese-style tatami room and detached kura(storehouse) building, which can be hired as a rental space.

昔町長さんの奥様の御実家とかで敷居高い感じですがとっても良いご主人なのでいいですよ。来ていらっしゃるお客様の顔触れも良いのでちょっと、贅沢した感じかな？お蕎麦食べてみたいです。

A soba restaurant in Nishiichi-cho, Hitachiota City. Housed in the same building that was once home to the Ota Bank, they use stone ground buckwheat flour for their handmade soba noodles. Their udon noodles are made the same way with wheat grown using traditional methods. They also offer multi-course meals with wild vegetables, freshwater fish, and other rustic fare to accompany the udon and soba.

値段がリーズナブルで美味しいおせんべいが沢山あります。また、買い物したお客様は奥でコーヒーや緑茶がいただけます。驚いたのは甘いお菓子が美味しいこと。生菓子(レーズンサンドなど)は151円ですがケーキ屋さんのもののような美味しさ。フロランタン(129円)も美味しくて、奥でコーヒーとともにいただきました。すごく得した気分になるお煎餅やさんです。

連休に行きました。当日雪の予報でかーちゃんの店が臨時休業でしたが、県道沿いのこの店はやってました。似たような店が３件並んでますがその真ん中です。問屋の直営店なので刺身の鮮度はいいと思いました。サービスランチも1000円です。
