    酒蔵の見学と試飲をして、気に入った日本酒に出会いました。『雪の茅舎（ぼうしゃ） 純米吟醸 生酒』です。吟醸酒の繊細かつふくよかな味わいがあります。生酒の新鮮さと旨味が感じられました。若干甘みもありますが、後味にしつこさはなく、すっきりしています。

    A brewery aiming to make the best local sake by using the best local ingredients with everything from cultivating the rice to shedding their own blood sweat and tears. The Tenju Sake Rice Research Society grows all of the Tenju Genryo Rice, Sake-Komachi rice, and Miyama Nishiki rice. Many of their products have received the Gold Prize at the 2019 Fine SAKE Award, Japan.
