Japanese restaurant in 3-star hotel, grilled Sendai beef Sukiya architecture located within a hotel offers a relaxing space with a sense of Japanese sophistication. Our top-class chef uses local Michinoku ingredients and traditional techniques in their cookng. Our melt-in-the-mouth Sendai beef is grilled on hot-stone and we use Hitomebore rice from Tome, planted and harvested by our hotel staff. Enjoy with a Junmai Ginjo sake, Yamada Nishiki.

メトロポリタンホテルの和食レストラン。お昼ごはんで利用しました。鉄板焼きのカウンター席、和食や宴会用のテーブル席があります。テーブル席は半個室風に区切られたスペースもあり、スタッフの丁寧な接客もあり落ち着いた時間を過ごせます。食前、食中に提供される玄米茶やほうじ茶も美味しいと思いました。
