    通年を通して営業しているキャンプ場で、料金も安くいつも利用しています。キャンプ場から眺める景色もとても綺麗で、とてもオススメのキャンプ場です。 が、しかし、受付の年配女性は少し曲者です。正直、電話対応もイラッとする時があります。他の受付の方は、愛想もよくいつも気持ちよく帰ることができます。

    A campground in Tobigamori at the foot of Mt. Murone in Iwate Prefecture. The extensive grounds feature an area that doubles as a stage for outdoor concerts and music festivals. It has all the facilities required for camping, such as toilets, tent decks, and a cooking area. The campground is closed during the snowy October-April period.

    This campsite is located in Tanohata Village, Iwate Prefecture. It was destroyed by the earthquake in 2011, but was reopened in 2015. In addition to sites for eight automobiles, there is also an open tent site with space for approximately 100 tents, as well as a fire circle where a large campfire can be held. The campsite also has a cooking area and flushing toilets, so families can bring small children without worrying about anything. Visitors can enjoy the surrounding nature such as the spacious lawn in the plaza and the hydrangea garden that blooms beautifully when it is in season, while also enjoying the scent of the tide.

From the campground's location in the Taneyama Highlands, which straddle the cities of Oshu and Tono and the town of Sumita, visitors can see the entire Kitakami Basin. They can also enjoy star-gazing, collecting insects, bird watching, and forest bathing. The lodging facilities include cottages and drive-in free camping spots.

    碁石海岸の観光案内、みちのく潮風トレイルのサテライト、碁石海岸キャンプ場の受付も兼ねる。キャンプで翌日雨の時、とても気遣ってもらってありがたかった。また、管理や掃除の年配の方々がとても人情味があり、また行きたいなと思わせる。ここに情報が集まっているというよりは、ここを基点に碁石海岸を散策して、いろんな場所の看板を読み込むことで、三陸復興国立公園のこと、碁石海岸のことが分かるようになっている。
