    サービス、トイレ、店の雰囲気は八戸ではかなりのレベルなので満点。ただ、料理は頂けなかった。焼き物、この魚を割烹の焼き物で提供することはありえませ。鍋、何の工夫もなく出汁で煮てポン酢。天ぷら、はっきり言って衣も硬く美味しくない。他の料理も含め期待していただけに残念。お店の名誉の為に料理の写真は載せません。次回は予算をアップして伺います。

    入口で既に高級感が漂っていました。 お庭には池もあって、優雅にお食事をいただける雰囲気です。 地元のお魚を使ったお料理、おいしかったです。

    住宅街にあり、中心街からだとタクシーで3000円くらいでしょうか？しっかり作りこまれた前菜類、お刺身も昆布締めなどひと仕事してあります。次いで、初めて食べたすっぽんの茶碗蒸し、蒸し物にはポン酢とバーニャカウダ、ご飯のお吸い物にはぷりぷりの牡蠣。スタートから最後まで美味しい頂きました。

    青森県むつ市の日本料理店、今回はランチで利用、平日の12時過ぎでしたがわれわれの他にはお客さんいませんでした。 大間のマグロを食べたいという事で、鮪づけ丼(2310円)を頂きました。 いくつかの部位が沢山載った丼は食べ応えあります、ボタン海老（？）のお吸い物も美味しく頂きました。
