They feature in dishes like kamameshi rice pots, ramen, and spaghetti. The restaurant also has grilled onigiri rice balls prepared with shijimi miso. Their popular Shijimi Zanmai set includes shijimi kamameshi, chowder, and other items made with the clams.

    「しじみづくし」を食べました。健康になれたかな？ｗ 材料を考えると、少し価格が高めだと思いますが、あらゆるバリエーションの「しじみ料理」を堪能できました。それはそれでよかったでした。その中でも特に「しじみ塩ラーメン」がおいしかった覚えがあります。 まぁーせっかく、しじみで有名な「十三湖」周辺に訪れたならば、ネタ的にも、健康的にも「しじみ料理」を食べたほうが良いと思います。健康にもなれるかもよｗ。
