- This complex houses local produce shops and a display gallery along the Oshu Highway and the Tsuchiya Bypass in Tsuchiya-kagigake, Hiranai Town, Higashitsugaru County. Specializing in scallops, fresh seafood from Mutsu Bay, and a variety of sea products and farm produce are sold here. Adjoining the complex is a rest area with a shop selling scallop flavored soft ice cream and visitors can enjoy fresh grilled scallops on the spot at the Atsuatsuhotategaiyaki corner. On the second floor is an exhibition space displaying artifacts related to the scallop fishing industry.
