The butcher's most popular cut of meat is the shoulder of Ezo deer, which is a beautiful part that displays the fat leaned into the red meat. It is recommended for shabu-shabu and sukiyaki dishes. Customers can request for the meat to be cut to a specific thickness.

Within the large premises you can watch how the hugely popular sweet, Sanporoku is made, there’s a workshop kitchen where you can make sweets, and also a cafe area where you can buy and enjoy the wonderful Ryugetsu sweets.

Visitors can enjoy milk-tea and desserts made with smooth, delicious milk from the Farm’s cows, while gazing at the garden where adorable goats and baby goats are playing around. The visitors’ favorite is a set comprising clotted cream, waffles with milk-jam, and English-style milk-tea. Meal options include the popular “Farm Soup and Curry Set Meal,” made with chicken (from a local Tokachi chicken breed) and plenty of fresh vegetables. Visitors can receive a cup of milk from the Farm’s cows as a free “welcome drink.”

    The shop and café directly managed by Kyodogakusha Shintoku Farm in Shintoku-cho, Kamikawa-gun, Hokkaido, sells sweets mainly using various natural cheeses made in the kitchen. Only milk from cows raised in a healthy and stress-free environment is used. In the café space you can enjoy a variety of dishes such as cheese melted in a “raclette oven” over bread and potatoes, pizza, cream pasta and so on. Visitors can experience making cheese and butter by making advance reservations.

    帯広から富良野へ向かう国道から少し入ったところにあります。途中休憩にちょうどいい場所にあります。おいしいチーズを買うことができます。ここのチーズは有名です。またここで採れた食材をいただけるレストランもあります。なつぞらのロケ地にもなっていたそうです。レストランは火曜日定休です。

    A farm located in Shintoku-cho, Tokachi (Subprefecture), Hokkaido. The farm aims to use fewer agricultural chemicals and grows Kita Akari and Red Moon potatoes, sweet corn, and kabocha squash. From late July to early October, visitors can dig their own potatoes and pick their own sweet corn; tractor rides are also offered during this time. The farm also grows Hokushin wheat, kurimame kidney beans, green beans, and asparagus, and operates a farm-fresh shop on the grounds where you can buy the farm's tasty vegetables. The farm also ships fresh produce anywhere in the country.

    全国チェーンの持ち帰り弁当店のほっともっと。交通量の多い道路沿いにあり十分な台数の駐車場もあり便利です。 注文し番号の紙をもらいしばらく待つと（４-５分）番号で呼ばれます。店内は明るく清潔ではやりの曲が流れていて、ちょっと腰掛ける的な椅子が窓際に並んでいます。数カ月に一度くらい無性にのり弁が食べたくなり行きます。やはり出来立て美味しいです。

    国道沿いにあるパン屋さんです。 ９時開店のお店ですが１０時前に行ったのですが 製作真っ最中という感じ（それでも種類はそれなりはありますよ） でしたが店主らしき人がパンの説明をしてくれました。 標準的な街のパン屋さんという感じかな。

    はるこまベーカリー・はなれは、帯広市から十勝大橋を渡った先の音更町の国道沿いにあるパン屋さんです。まだ新しい、小さめな店舗に入ると、たくさんのパンたちがおしゃれにディスプレイされていました。 全体を見渡すと、甘めのお菓子系のパンが目につきました。普通の豆パンなどと一緒にスイーツ系のパンもいくつか買ってみました。甘くて、おやつにちょうどよかったです。

    音更と言ってもかなり市街地から離れた場所にあります。 暗いとまずたどりつかないと思います。 畑に囲まれた場所にあり、薪窯で焼いています。 帯広市内で同じく窯焼きパンの風土火水のスタッフの方が 独立して開業されています。 酵母のせいか少し酸っぱい味でした。
