Also popular is the bread roll with potatoes, corn, and cheese inside, only served at the New Chitose Airport location. The New Chitose Airport Sakusaku Pies, sold only here, were created in collaboration with the famous confectionary company Rokkatei. Created by baking cold white chocolate between crispy pie crusts, these popular sweets are said to have a best-by time period of just 10 minutes.

    Snowmiku is a version of the popular character Hatsune Miku serving as a mascot for Hokkaido in winter. This official Snowmiku shop is located on the fourth floor of the New Chitose Airport terminal building. Here you'll find key chains, badges, and other merchandise featuring Snowmiku sold nowhere else. In the adjoining museum space, you'll find a life-sized statue of Snowmiku and cute illustrations. There's also an adjoining cafe space and 360 degree screen where you can experience the natural wilderness of Hokkaido right in the airport.

Using only 100% Tokachi grown wheat flour, Hokkaido butter, sugar, and eggs, this cake is baked to moist perfection. The mini size individually wrapped Sanporoku Kowari are popular as gifts.
