It is a popular store with visitors from with and outside Hokkaido, and the crepe, with a best before date of only 30 minutes, has been featured by the media. The crispy crepe served with fresh fruit and light fresh cream is delicious. The shop also sells decorated cakes.

    This is a French patisserie located a 17-minute walk from Fukabori-cho tram stop, southeast of Hon-dori Park on the Hon-dori Central road. It is a well-established shop with four stores in Hakodate City. In the stores the kitchen is on display and visitors can see the cakes being made. The chefs use mainly Hokkaido local produce such as fresh eggs and butter, Mt. Komagatake pumpkin, milk, and Tokachi red beans. A popular sweet is the bite size easy to eat souffle cheesecake, Hakodate 'Mer-cheese'. It is also popular as a souvenir. In the cafe you can also enjoy parfait and soft serve ice cream.

    Super yummy milk pudding, cheesecakes and the pumpkin pudding is exceptional too. A must try! Pair these with a nice cup of coffee and perhaps an ice cream afterwards to complete a lovely high-tea.

    A Western confectionary shop focusing on chocolate located in Hakodate City. Dedicated to using Hokkaido ingredients such as milk from Suzuki Farm, Chouette Cacao carefully prepares its treats by hand to bring out the true delicate flavor of chocolate. Sweets on offer include the Hakodate Brick Nama Chocolate, made to look like little bricks and created with fresh cream and top class Couverture chocolate; L'eclat 813, a chocolate cake dusted with gold modeled after the Hakodate nightscape; and soft Pororo cookies named after the cry of the owl.

    むかーしに、ソフトクリームだけを向かいのお店に買いに行ったことは有ったのですが、こちらは初訪問。プリンが気になっていたので プリンとシュークリームを購入 あとはお使い物と配送でバームクーヘンを。

    函館山の頂上にあるソフトクリーム屋さんです。駐車場が広く便利です。濃厚なソフトクリームでした。値段も安くよかったです。

    19年6月に鍛冶に移転して広く明るく入りやすくなりました。テイクアウトだけでなくイートインしやすい雰囲気に変わり人気も上昇です。地元産のいちごと牛乳を使った「恋いちご」ソフト（クリーム）はちょっと値段が高めですが、試す価値はあります。

    「パン＆ケーキの店」とありますが、お昼過ぎに尋ねたら、ケーキのケースは空っぽ。パンも少ししか残ってませんでした。少しポカポカ陽気の日だったので冷蔵コーナーに目をやると懐かしのサラダパンが！ ポテトサラダがクリームパンのような形のパンに挟んであってひんやりおいししかったです。
