    A Western confectionary shop opened in 1999 located at the entrance to the Utsukushigaoka area in Sapporo City's Kiyota Ward. An atmosphere which somehow feels as if it was transplanted here from some other country hangs in the air of this fashionable shop. The bright and open shop's cases and displays are filled with breads baked daily by skilled bakers, cakes made with seasonal ingredients, castella cakes, madeleines, and other sweets. The shop is dedicated to using select ingredients such as Hokkaido brand rice varieties and fruits. The mille-feuille, made with Hokkaido apples, won at the Sapporo Sweets competition. The shop's signature baumkuchen are branded with a cute rabbit mark.

    国道36号と羊ヶ丘通りをつなぐ道道1138号沿いにあるパン＆洋菓子屋さんです。 住宅街の穴場的なお店で、カフェやイートインスペースは併設していませんが、メルヘンチックなインテリアの店内に一歩入ると、焼き菓子のい-匂いが溢れていました。 天皇皇后両陛下が開道150年記念式典に御来道の際に献上した、北海道小麦と発酵バターのフィナンシェPicoritaが自慢の逸品のようです。

    スーパーのジェイ・アール生鮮市場、サッポロドラッグストアー、天然温泉極楽湯、コメダコーヒーなどと同じ駐車場の敷地内にあるので、他の買い物などのついでに来やすい。 洋菓子のイメージが強いように思うが、北海道には美味しい洋菓子店が数多くあり、個人的にはアイスクリームが種類も多くおすすめ。
