The Chitosetsuru Sake Museum has been awarded the gold award 14 years running in the National Research Institute of Brewing Awards. Real Hokkaido sake, born in Hokkaido and brewed in Hokkaido. In the museum is a display area where you can find out about the history and specialties of brewing sake, as well as a tasting counter. You can also taste the water used for brewing, said to be the lifeblood of sake, and purchase sake directly from the brewery at the shop. The museum is a five minute walk from exit 9, Bus Center-mae Station on the Tozai Subway Line. Entry is free of charge and the museum is closed only over the end of the year and New Year holidays.

This specialty Genghis Khan (mutton barbecue) is near Susukino Station. It opens from 17:00 and has a modern and stylish interior. The first floor has counter seating and the second floor has tables for families and groups, allowing dinners for any purpose. The store's pride is their surprisingly soft Premium Lamb from grain fed animals. Some people come from far away just to eat it. In addition, there also offer a variety of lamb Genghis Khan without any gaminess, a-la-carte dishes and sets for single diners. They handle over 50 kinds of wines, sake and shochu that taste good with Genghis Khan.

You can put together two kinds of filling from a choice of ten, each going perfectly well with the shop’s specially baked bread.
