The restaurant's owner carefully selects the highest grade meat, free of mutton's usually powerful aroma, for juicy, tender dishes. With the high grade, low-cholesterol and low-calorie lamb meat and lots of vegetables, Genghis Khan is quite popular with a wide range of clientele as a healthy and beautifying dish. The shop makes its own secret sauce from apples, onions, and 10 different vegetables, which they then mature for over a month, for the perfect taste accent."

本場のジンギスカンを食べたのは初めてで、味は濃いめ。生卵がついてきて「すき焼き風」に食べてくださいとの事、納得でした。 最上位の食べ放題で予約したので、美味しい部位も出てた様ですが、説明してくださっても最後は分からなくなりました。すみません。 味が濃い（甘め）ので、大量には食べれませんでした。 お店の方はみなテキパキ、気が回ります。多分地元の方も来ていると思います。
