    こちらは、1976年に開館した日本初の公立人形劇専門劇場で、隣接する日本初の公立児童会館である中島児童会館とともに、札幌の子ども文化を支えてきた劇場だそうです。 毎週末に人形劇（60分程度）を低価格で提供しているそうです。 施設前には公園があり、沢山の子供たちが楽しんでいました。
