A food showroom run by JA Biei and located in Biei Town, Kamikawa County, Hokkaido. Inside you can find many outlets where you can discover the real flavor of local produce, such as a shop selling Biei farm produce and processed food, a meat and vegetable French restaurant, and a bakery which uses local Biei wheat. From the fresh vegetable market you can send Biei rice as a gift. In the confectionery shop, Biei crème caramel, and roll cake with red bean paste are popular treats.

This is a fisheries cooperative in the Habomai district on the Nemuro Peninsula, the main island's easternmost point, facing the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Okhotsk. Here, they process and sell high grade Kaigarajima Saomae kombu kelp harvest from around Kaigara Island in the Northern Territories, one of the country's leading kelp beds. The cooperative's Habomai Hayani (fast boiling) Kombu, not only cooks up fast (as its name implies), but is also incredibly tender. Grown in the cold north sea with its strong currents, they say that once you try this kombu kelp, you'll never be satisfied with another. The cooperative's true pride rests on their Habomai Kombu soy sauce, packed with the kombu kelp savoriness. It's sold not only at their direct shop, but at department stores all over Japan.

This is a Rausu Fishery Cooperative Association's whole sale shop on the first floor of Shiretoko / Rausu Road Station. Although the fishermen's town of Rausu calls itself a fish castle town, this is the only wholesale shop of the fishery cooperative. A wide variety of fresh seafood from Shiretoko and Rausu, such as salmon in early summer, Rausu kelp seaweed in summer and original processed seafood products are available. Some popular items are kelp seaweed soy sauce using Rausu kelp seaweed, kelp seaweed tea, and kelp seaweed soup stock. The kelp soft served ice cream made with Rausu kelp powder is also recommended.

１００円で餌の人参を購入し、馬、ポニー、山羊、うさぎといった動物達に餌付け体験ができるので子どもは楽しそうでした。店舗で販売していた行者ニンニクソーセージとソフトクリームも美味しかったです。ソフトクリームには普通のバニラと濃厚バニラがあり両方食べましたが、次回以降は濃厚バニラしか食べないと思える程に牛乳の味が違いました。また、子どもを連れて行きたいと思います。

タンチョウヅルサンクチュアリでこちらをおすすめされまして来訪。地元のお土産屋さんという感じです。値段は非常に良心的。一番にお勧められたメンチカツ（これは高い 360円）をいただきました。2人で半分こしましたがもっと大きくてもOK。非常に美味しかったです次回もこちらに来たら寄りたいなと思いました暖炉の側でしばしぼーっとしたら幸せです

いちごの季節はいちごパフェです。これでもかというくらいいちごが丸ごと入っています。アイスの甘味を心地良く味わうほどに少し酸味のあるいちごらしいいちごです。少し市街からは離れていますが映えますのでお立ち寄りください。駐車場も20台程度ありますが、休日はほぼ満車状態です。
