The Betsukai town sightseeing boat is a tourist boat that connects the Notsuke Peninsula between the Shiretoko Peninsula and Nemuro Peninsula in Hokkaido, and Odaito, a port town on the other side. It is Japan's largest sand peninsula, famous for its desolate appearance. It is also known as the flower peninsula. There are many courses to be enjoyed such as the Todowara forest course, Kunigo Island Course, a nature watching course searching for wildlife in the Nemuro Straits, a seal watching course for a limited-time, and shell fish gathering course. The cruises operate from mid-May to the end of October.

天気も良く約２０頭のアザラシを見れました。でも風が強かったからか船が近づくと波で泳いでいるだけで、アマモの上で休んでいるのはいませんでした。全身を見たかったけど、頭だけ出してこちらの船の方を見てる姿も可愛かったです。

This sightseeing boat is located approximately a 20-minute drive from Susami-minami Iinterchange. It sails from Kushimoto Marine Park, which also provides a free shuttle bus service from the JR Kushimoto Station. Its most attractive feature is that customers can see the coral reefs up close through the large window in front of the seats. The boat's course loops around part of Sabiura, which is also registered in the Ramsar Convention, off the coast of Arita and along the west coast of Shionomisaki. The duration of the trip is approximately 25 minutes. It is possible for reservations to be made for groups of 15 or more. Cancellations may also occur due to poor weather conditions.

Uzushio Cruise operates tourist boats from Kameura Port in Oge, Tosadomariura, Naruto-cho, Naruto City. They provide a chance to view the whirlpools of the Naruto Strait, which has one of the fastest tidal currents in the world. Their large Wonder Naruto takes whirlpool viewing excursions and the smaller Aqua Edi has an observation area where you can check them out from one meter below the surface. There are a total of ten trips or more per day. Reservations are required for the Aqua Edi, but not for the Wonder Naruto.

Blue Marine is a semi-submerged tour boat that takes visitors on an approximately 45-minute trip around Takega-shima Island Bay in the Muroto-Anan Kaigan Quasi-National Park. Takega-shima Bay, which has been designated a Marine Park by Japan’s Ministry of the Environment, is an important habitat for coral and tropical fish. Blue Marine has an observation cabin in the bottom of the boat, from which passengers can view the beautiful coral and spectacular tropical fish.

Rokai Boat is a sightseeing boat powered by hand which takes tourists to see the floating Itsukushima Shrine in Miyajima Town, Hatsukaichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture. The boat leaves every 30 minutes or so only during the day at high tide. Boat trips last for approximately 20 minutes. In the time of the shogun, Taira no Kiyomori, it is said that it was proper for a visit to the shrine be made by boat. It is still possible to relive the experience of passing beneath the great torii gate as it would have been at the time. Photos can be taken of the torii gate and Itsukushima Shrine from the boat. Tourists can enjoy the scenery of Miyajima, a world heritage site, while listening to the gently lapping waves and guided commentary. Boats do not depart at low tide.

A popular activity in Azumino where you can meander down the Tadegawa River in a boat. The river flows with beautiful spring water and has been selected as one of the most famous rivers in Japan. The Aqua Eddy is a small, fast boat equipped with an underwater observation room. Passengers can get a close underwater view of the spectacular Naruto Strait whirlpools through the glass bottom of the boat, which extends one meter under the water. Being able to enjoy the different views of the whirlpools from on deck and from down below really enhances the viewing experience. As the Aqua Eddy has a limited capacity of 46 passengers, advance booking is required. The journey time is 25 minutes; there are 15 scheduled trips per day. The Uzusio Whirlpool Sightseeing Boat dock, from which the trips depart, is located approximately 15 minutes by car by Naruto Station and around 75 minutes’ drive from Kobe-Sannomiya Station.

This semi-submersible observation boat takes passengers on tours of Satamisaki Marine Park, Japan's first marine park. Passengers can enjoy viewing an alien world of emerald blue from seats located under the waterline. The rich waters of Satamisaki Marine Park are a natural treasure trove densely populated by brilliantly-colored corals. Passengers can see schools of tropical fish, colonies of seaweed, and maybe even a sea turtle or two through the boat's glass bottom. The view of the Satamisaki Lighthouse from the boat's deck is also particularly beautiful. 電話予約して現地に到着したら、何と「フリー客が先に来たので出港したので戻ってから出港となるので待ってくれ」とのこと。電話予約のときに名前も電話番号も聞かれなかったので、なんていいかげんなんだろうと思ったが、予約客を無視する姿勢に唖然。この船に乗るときには「予約を無視して出港したりしないでしょうね」と確認してからがいいです。常識が通用しない世界なので。

A pleasure cruise that departs from Roadside Station Ito Marine Town, a 13-minute walk from JR Ito Station. As the name suggests the Haruhiramaru Iruka Pleasure Boat spots a cute dolphin (Iruka in Japanese) decoration adorning the roof of the boat. The boat is a semi-submersible type allowing you to see the fish swimming through the sea via the glass flooring on the bottom level. You can enjoy the view of Sagami Bay while feeling the sea breeze and even feed seagull (bait is sold on board). The boat is also pet friendly.

船の下の部分が窓になっていて、たくさんの魚がクリアに見えました。大きい魚から小さい魚まで種類が豊富で、伊豆の海を手軽に体感できました。カモメの餌遣りもできます。港の外はうねりもあるので、船酔いしやすい人は、酔い止めを飲んでおくことをおすすめします。

This is a sea transportation service connecting the main Yokohama tourism sites, which are the East exit of the Yokohama Station, the Pukari Sanbashi of Minatomirai 21, the Pier Akarenga and the Yamashita Park. Although there is some layover time between the Yokohama Station - Akarenga, and the Yamashita Park - Minatomirai 21 routes, but all other sites can be visited without delays. The routes vary in length from five minutes to 20 minutes. The sight from the wide windows set low to the sea allow for easy viewing. Passengers may also enjoy a fuller cruise experience from the aft deck. Passengers enjoy taking photos at various sites using the different scenes as a backdrop. The 60-minute night illumination cruise on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is highly recommended.
