The hall was opened in order to popularize and pass on the traditional nursery rhymes of Nara which have been sung and handed down through the centuries, and Nara nursery rhyme singing classes for children and parents are held here. The facility's hall can accommodate up to 90 people. The facility is also replete with a dance room, private lesson rooms, conference rooms, and Japanese-style rooms, and it can be used for a variety of music and performing arts events. The facility holds a free concert event on the second Sunday of every month.

    A museum in Koyanose 3-Chome. It's built over the former site of the Honjin, or hotel designated for use by lords, in Koyanose, a town that flourished as a post town along the Nagasaki Kaido Road. It houses the Michi-no-Kyodo Museum which displays materials related to Koyanose from the Edo period to the Showa period and the multi-purpose Koyanose-za Hall.

    友達と木屋瀬散歩をして、立ち寄りました。入場料は200円で、様々な資料をくれました。駐車場は少し歩いたところにあります。内部は撮影禁止です。季節がらお雛様たちが展示されており、木屋瀬の歴史などの展示物もありました。

The facility has large windows which let in plenty of light, making it an open and airy space, and inside are sold cute, handmade accessories, knickknacks, and original merchandise. Various drinks and desserts are sold in the second floor cafe space. The Mukashi Pudding has a lightly sweet flavor and is particularly popular; on busy days, the cafe will sell 100 or more servings.
