This facility is where you can experience making Ryukyu glass. There are approximately 300 kinds of glass inside the store, and you can experience various kinds of workshops in the experience area such as making glass, accessories, photo frames, gel candles and kaleidoscopes. Do not forget to make the required reservation if you would like to take part in this experience. In addition, although you cannot take it back home with you on the same day, it can be delivered to you later.

体験工房があり、実際に自分でコップなどを作る事ができます。製作所前で職人さんが目の前で、ガラスの馬を作ってるのを見せて貰う事ができました。目の前で見れて迫力がありました。ショップでは、グラス、お皿、花瓶などとても商品の種類が豊富で見てるだけでも楽しめました。店内はとても広く、迷ってしまうほどでした。沖縄の素敵なお土産が購入する事ができました。

A long-standing sake brewery in Takehara City, Hiroshima Prefecture. It is famous as the birthplace of Taketsuru Masataka, the father of Japanese whisky. Available for purchase here are special sakes that can’t be bought anywhere else. This location has drawn lots of fans and tourists after being used as the model location for an NHK drama.

竹原駅から徒歩15分ほど。町並み保存地区のメイン通りに面して立つ酒蔵。1733年創業。ニッカウヰスキーの創業者・竹鶴政孝の生家として有名。入口の戸にPayPayのシールが貼られていたので酒は販売していると思われるが、「当所の見学はできません」という張り紙が「中に入ったら必ず何か買えよ」と威圧しているようで入店は諦めた。

Manns Wines Komoro Winery is located in the east of Nagano Prefecture, a most suitable region for producing wine. The winery has a Chardonnay vineyard and a huge one hectare Japanese garden. The shop sells many products which cannot be purchased from anywhere else such as their domestic premium wine. In the restaurant you can enjoy food made with local Shinshu ingredients, with a glass of wine while looking out over the vineyard. Tasting is possible free of charge on the winery tours.

団体旅行で行きました。はじめにビデオを見て、そのあとはスタッフさんとワイン貯蔵施設の見学、そして店内でワインの試飲と買い物でした。ワイン以外にもぶどうジュースもありました。ワイン好きの方にはオススメです。

A factory that processes Suntory Okudaisen Natural Mineral Water at Mt. Daisen, known for its great springs. With abundant snowfall and a beautiful natural environment, the area from southern Mt. Daisen (the highest peak in the Chugoku region) to the prefectural border with Okayama, is ideal for wonderful water. It's processed with thorough quality control while maintaining its pure natural flavor. They also have a factory tour with project mapping where you can check out the production line. The snow strage room used to cool the equipment is a must-see. They also hold tastings of their Suntory Natural Mineral Water brand.

Nagano Pref. Uedashi Chuou 4-7-33

A sake shop alive with tradition since 1665. The sake here is distilled using the famous Shinshu waters and rice from the prefecture and takes into account the whole taste, flavor and aroma. Overall they mainly produce dry junmaishu (sake made without added alcohol or sugar), but their plum wine, developed on sake, is also popular. Their Shinshu Kirei was awarded first prize in the Ginjo category, and received an excellence award in the Junmai category of the Kanto Shinetsu National Research Institute of Brewing Sake Awards. It’s possible to taste the various sake on offer in the distillery and you can also pick up some souvenirs from the shop.

上田駅から２キロほど北の北国街道の柳町に岡崎酒造はあります。昔ながらの家並の酒屋です。ここは日本酒の醸造（信州亀齢）がなされていて、日本酒の買い物や試飲もできます。少し重いですが、お土産にもいい酒です。

Kikyo Shingen Mochi has been awarded many prizes including the honorary president award, at the National Confectionery Exposition. The factory is surrounded by lush vegetation with a site area of 11,000 square meters and a total floor area of 5,000 square meters. On the factory tour you can see how 100,000 pieces of Kikyo Shingen Mochi a day are packed meticulously by hand. You can also have a go at packing some of the mochi and enjoy sampling some of the delicious sweets. Admission is free and advance reservations are not required if going alone. Factory tour times are fixed so be sure to check in advance.

This shochu manufacturing plant located in Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture houses the “Kirinokura Museum”, which exhibits the history and culture of shochu, as well as other facilities such as “Kichisuke”, the Kirishima Foundation Memorial Hall, originally built at the time of establishment and relocated here, and the “Kirishima Shochu Shrine”. The Nikka Whisky Sendai Plant is second only to the Yoichi Distillery among Nikka’s distillation sites. The plant is located at the joint of Hirose and Nikkawa rivers. Founder Masataka Taketsuru, known by the nickname “Massan,” particularly praised the qualities of Nikkawa River, and it is said he made his decision to build a factory there immediately. At the distillery, visitors can see Nikka’s whisky production process, including touring the plant and distillation columns. There’s also whisky sampling in the guest hall, and soft drinks for those who cannot drink alcoholic beverages.

The production and storage facilities to produce Iichiko barley shochu are open to the public for free, so visitors can watch the distillery’s tanks and distillation equipment in action.
