This is a flower and botanical shop that originated in Tokyo's Minami Aoyama district. Tenshiba, an area of Tennoji Park filled with greenery, outside and even inside the store. The National Astronomical Observatory Nobeyama Radio Observatory is equipped with a 45-meter radio telescope, a solar radio wave intensity polarimeter, and other instruments, as well as lectures through which you can learn about the latest astronomy achievements. The lectures are available and free except at the beginning and end of the year, but note that the time changes once a year due to a special lecture. Learn the mysteries of the boundless cosmos. It’s about 35 minutes from the Nagasaka Interchange or 40 minutes from the Kobuchisawa Interchange.

Located along Prefectural Route 70 in Kogashi-machi, Utsunomiya City, this paragliding school offers a lesson course to obtain a license, free flights, a trial flight course for beginners, and a tandem flight course where you can fly with an instructor over a height difference of about 300 m. It takes about one hour from Tokyo. Free lunch is provided for visitors.

パラグライダー沢山飛んでいました。どんどん近づいてきます。ＡＫＡＩＷＡパラグライダースクール宇都宮がありました。そこで、自転車とバラグライダーの話で盛り上がりました。自転車よりは確かにコストは安いですね。三年に一回買い替えるのでは自転車より高いですね。(^^;

This structure once served as a Hyogo Prefectural Government Building. Built in 1902, from 1985 onward the building has been used by the prefectural government as a reception hall. A magnificent example of Baroque architecture, the building has been designated a National Tangible Cultural Property. Today, the building serves as an art and history museum and is decorated with works by Japanese Western-style painters such as Ryohei Koiso, Heizo Kanayama, Kaii Higashiyama, and Tadanori Yokoo. The prefectural museum portion of the building is open from Monday to Saturday. The reception hall portion is only open to the general public on Saturday.

A five-minute walk from the Higashi Kakogawa Byoin Mae bus stop and a 10-minute walk from JR Higashi-Kakogawa Station. This cultural center is located right next to the Kakogawa City Central Library and consists of five facilities, include a museum, space science center, and planetarium; the hours of each facility varies. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the space science center holds activity events. The museum's standing exhibition looks at the history of Kakogawa City from the distant Jomon period (about 13,000 years ago) to today. The museum also holds many special exhibitions; as well as painting, cooking, and other culture classes.

Located about a 10-minute walk from the Higashiyama Station on the Tozai Subway Line, this public library was founded in 1898, and was preceded by the Shushoin, the first structure of its type in which a collection of books were preserved and available for public perusal. The current three-story brick structure was designed by the architect Takeda Goichi and built in 1909 when moved from its original site, and continued to be used as the main hall until the Han-Shin Awaji Earthquake disaster. The facade only was preserved thereafter and can still be seen at that time on the currently completed new building.
