    The main government building of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office in Nishi Shinjuku, Shinjuku City, Tokyo. It is mainly composed of the Tokyo Metropolitan Main building No.1, famous for its twin towers, the Tokyo Metropolitan Main building No.2, the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly, and Tokyo Metropolitan Plaza. The First Government Building is a skyscraper with a height of 243 meters and the free observation deck on the 45th floor is popular as a view spot that overlooks the city of Tokyo. The building also contains the Tokyo Tourist Information Center and a nationwide tourism PR section. You can also visit the section of Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly building, the Special Committee room No. 15 (special budget), and the city council PR corner.

    This record store is considered one of the world’s largest music stores and is located in Jinnan, Shibuya City, Tokyo. It is a large specialty shop with a variety of genre of CDs. Many events by artists and performers are held in the event space on the basement floor and the eighth floor as well as the floor with the grand piano. There is a café on the rooftop, and at night it is an adult space where you can enjoy music while drinking and smoking.
